This course focuses on damage assessment of metal roofs. Manufacture, installation, various types and profiles, coatings, weathering, and damage types are discussed. This photo-rich presentation will aid inspectors in distinguishing naturally occurring damage from damage due to other causes.

**This course is usually taught in conjunction with another 2-hour roofing unit (comp, tile, wood, siding, etc.).**
