Commercial Roofs Damage Assessment provides students with a comprehensive look at the most common types of commercial roofing materials. We take a detailed look at weathering, specifically hail and wind, as applied to commercial roofs. We examine manufacturing, installation, and natural weathering for the primary commercial roofing types: Built-up, Modified bitumen, EPDM, and Other major flat roof systems.

Learn how to differentiate between aging and hail, wind, or mechanical damage. Color photos depict the various types of commercial roofing systems and common damage/problems.
