Haag is the leading authority for research, development and materials testing in the roofing industry. Since we established our laboratory in 1966, we have published and disseminated numerous benchmark studies and research data providing information vital to our clients work.

Haag can perform research on request and develop data for in-house projects, even long-term studies that represent data compiled over a period of years. Our engineers' and technicians' extensive education and experience enables them to develop tests which duplicate real-world operating environments or incident conditions.

• Steel bar joist load floor and stability tests

• Material flammability tests
• Hail, steel ball, steel billet, and rock impact tests

Haag's well-established working relationships with other testing firms enable us to perform specialized physical, chemical and metallurgical tests, as well. We also sell a variety of custom testing machines and can design and implement custom testing procedures for a range of needs.
