Haag Geotechnical Consulting, a wholly owned subsidiary of Haag Engineering Co., has technical staff with a diverse and wide ranging background in performing geotechnical evaluations related to ground subsidence and sinkhole occurrences. Based in Tampa, Florida, our personnel have conducted studies for subsurface anomalies and sinkholes in karst regions throughout the northeastern and southeastern parts of the United States including Florida. Our experience has been successfully rendered to commercial developers, municipalities, school districts and the insurance industry.

Haag employs capable personnel knowledgeable in the techniques and equipment required to perform the field studies to evaluate suspected sinkhole activity. If required our personnel can develop remedial measures to repair and/or stabilize an affected structure and oversee the proper implementation of these measures to achieve a quality finished product.
